Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so.



The deadline for cancelling an Order is 3 days from the date on which You received the Membership or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the service delivered.



In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:




We will reimburse You no later than 3 days from the day on which We receive the refund request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You may not incur any fees for such reimbursement.



Conditions for Returns


In order for the Membership to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:


  • The Membership plan were purchased in the last 3 days.

  • The Membership plan are not used more then 1 time.


The following Membership cannot be returned:


  • If Membership plan was used more then 1 time.

  • If Membership plan was purchased in more then last 3 days.



We reserve the right to refuse returns if your request does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.



Only 6 months and above priced membership plan's can be refunded.
Unfortunately, Membership plan on Special Offer cannot be refunded.



Returning Membership


You are responsible for the transaction fee (if apply) of returning the membership to Us. You should send us the refund request within 3 days of purchase.


We cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised transaction. Therefore, We recommend to contact us as soon as possible with transaction details.
We are unable to issue a refund without transaction id of the purchased membership plan or proof of payment.



Special Offer


If the Membership plan were marked as a Special Offer when purchased, You can not requset a refund for a membership plan purchased on a special offer.


If the Membership plan weren't marked as a Special Offer when purchased, and you requested a refund within 3 days without using the service, We will check and if eligible then we will issue the refund as soon as possible.


Dispute


On payment provider such as PayPal, User should not have open any dispute by any reason, user should contact us first to resolve the issue(if any).
If a dispote opened by a user for any reason without consulting us then such action can be taken agains the related account.

  • We may deactivate/delete the related account.

  • We may refuse the dispute/refund even if a user want's refund within 3 days of payment.

  • We may file a legal case against the account holder.


Reviews and Ratings


User are free to leave any ratings and review anywhere according to their experience but if we found that the review isn't a honest/related review, review are fake or contain bad things, or just made to look down us then such action can be taken agains the related account.


  • We may suspend/deactivate/delete the related account.

  • We may refuse the dispute/refund even if a user want's refund within 3 days of payment.

  • We may file a legal case against the account holder.
